kernel cmdline altered in /boot/refind.conf
added: i915.enable_psr=0 to workaround intel drm bug(appeared with kernel 4.6)

removed xf86-video-intel in attempt to fix above bug, system appears 'smoother' without
it, so leaving it out for now.
